Our Values

Our values

To meet the trust placed in us by our customers, partners and employees, Seirios Group imposes formalized rules of conduct based on ten fundamental principles.

This code of ethics, shared without restriction by all our employees, is the cornerstone of our ethical approach.

It is carried by all the management of our group, and it guides our actions whatever the geographical and cultural context

Respect for laws

All Seirios Group employees respect the rights and the laws of the country in which they operate.

Independence

Seirios Group is not subject to any outside influence, political, religious or of any kind.

Integrity

Our employees are prohibited from undermining the image and reputation of the group and our clients. All forms of corruption are forbidden. Employees must act morally, with honesty and transparency.

Recommendations

It is our responsibility to make recommendations as an integral part of our activity for which analysis is inseparable from action. This hinges on our ability to listen carefully and define the needs of our clients. The quality of our recommendations depends on the independent judgement of our employees relying on their integrity, impartiality and objectivity.

Professionalism

Seirios Group attests to the professionalism of its employees, whose recruitment, mainly through co-optation, meets high standards of competencies. Our employees must master the fundamental knowledge of their area of intervention and expertise, maintain, and develop these skills.

In such a case, the employee must immediately inform its hierarchy, out of loyalty and transparency. The hierarchy will make the appropriate decisions to comply with the laws while guaranteeing the Group's interests.

The values in which we recognize ourselves reinforce our adherence to ethical conventions of universal scope: the Declaration of the Rights of Man and Citizens of 1789, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948, the European Charter of Fundamental Rights of 2000, the Declaration and Conventions of the International Labor Organization concerning fundamental principles and rights at work. They also support our Group's adherence to the ten principles of the Global Compact, the United Nations Global Pact.
Seirios Group commits to comply with this charter of ethics and professional conduct and to ensure that it is respected by each of its employees. They read our Charter and approve it individually, and without restriction, by initialing it.
